Best Breakfast Enchiladas ever! Magic Mushrooms for breakfast? Memorial for deceased on Trump's Wall The Wall One of the joys of staying at Bruma, is the breakfast. You eat it in a communal kitchen with the other guests. The couple shown above from San Diego, look and act like a normal couple until she started talking about her business selling Magic Mushrooms. You never know who you will meet! The breakfast was delicious and it was fun observing them make it. I never had breakfast enchiladas before and they were fabulous. It would be worth the trip to just to eat there again! The weather had cleared up. We packed up the car and the four of headed back. Tom had never driven a self drive car so I let him drive the Tesla. He loved it. The roads were empty, we couldn't figure it out and then we realized it was Super Bowl Sunday! Pro Tip: If you don't care about football, take a drive on Super Bowl Sunday, the roads will be empty! It was a super fast drive back to Silver Lake!

We found the food truck! Very remote Tesla Charger at Bruma Wine Tasting More Wine Please! Ensenada  Beach Chef  Sheyla Alvarado at Lunario We really the Baja Mexican Seafood restaurant near us: Loretto . The owner Chef Paco told us about a food truck we had to eat lunch at in the Valle and gave us a general idea where it was located. It is run by a group of women. He said it was easy just over the mountain. So he drove us out of the valle to the Pacific and Encenata. I know now that it would be also possible to s...

Dinner at Fauna with Tom and Timmy View of the vineyards at Bruma from our room We decided to spend a weekend in Mexico in the Valle de Guadeloupe. We invited Tom and Timmy to join us. I have never driven in Mexico City and I was a little nervous before we went. It turns out we are not supposed to take our leased Tesla into Mexico, but I did it anyway. I did buy Mexico Insurance because our car insurance isn't valid in Mexico. The Valle De Guadeloupe is Mexico's wine growing area, sort of like Napa Valley, with resorts and wineries. One difference sadly, is that you can only bring one bottle of wine per person into California from Mexico. If we found a wine we like we would probably want to buy a case. We were advised to cross the border at Tacate about an hour east of San Diego. So we drove to San Diego and turned left heading for Tacate. It was lightly raining but the Tesla drove on autopilot all the way with very little human intervention. I had an additional worry about ...
